• Email address and account details if you create an account
• Payment information (processed by our payment provider — we never store card details)
• Support communications and feedback you send us

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• URLs of prediction market pages you visit (Polymarket, Kalshi) — used solely to trigger the overlay
• Market names and outcome text visible on those pages — sent to AI providers to generate AI View scores
• Extension usage data (features used, session duration) for product improvement
• Browser type and OS for compatibility purposes

2.3 What We Do Not Collect

• Your prediction market account credentials, balances, or trade history
• Browsing data outside of Polymarket and Kalshi
• Health, government ID, or financial account information

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide News Scores and AI Views for markets you browse
• To manage your account and subscription
• To improve and develop the Service
• To send you service updates and support responses
• To detect and prevent abuse or fraud
• To comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 AI Model Providers

Market outcome text is sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Meta) to generate AI View scores. These queries contain no personal identifiers. All providers are contractually bound to process data only as directed by us.

4.2 News Data Providers

We use third-party aggregators to fetch news and social media sentiment. No personal data is shared in this process.

4.3 Payment Processors

Billing is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Predicure or its users.

4.5 No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary. Usage logs and market query data are retained for no longer than 90 days. You may request deletion at any time.

• Access & Correction: Request a copy of your data or correct inaccuracies
• Deletion: Request account and data deletion — honored within 30 days
• California (CCPA): Right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data)
• EEA / UK (GDPR): Rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and portability
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the extension immediately stops all data collection

8. Security

We use industry-standard security including TLS encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we disclaim liability for breaches beyond our reasonable control.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Predicure works alongside Polymarket and Kalshi. We are not affiliated with or responsible for those platforms. Their own privacy policies govern your data on their sites.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes via the website or extension. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
