1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Predicure browser extension or website at Predicure.trade (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall the extension and stop using the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Predicure. We may update them at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction
Your use of the Service must comply with all applicable laws, including laws governing prediction markets in your jurisdiction
The Service is not available in jurisdictions where prediction markets or this Service are prohibited by law

3. What Predicure Does

Predicure is a browser extension that overlays supplemental information on Polymarket and Kalshi:

News Score: Sentiment analysis derived from publicly available news and social media. Not a prediction. Not a probability. Media coverage does not reliably correlate with outcomes.
AI View: Confidence indicators from five third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Meta). These are analytical outputs — not calibrated probabilities, not guarantees, and not predictions of real-world events.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in this Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, or professional advice of any kind. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

News Scores do not reliably predict market outcomes
Past score accuracy does not indicate future accuracy
Always conduct your own independent research
Consult a qualified financial advisor before making trading decisions

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PREDICURE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Predicure is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket, Kalshi, or any other prediction market platform. Your use of those platforms is governed exclusively by their own terms. We are not liable for any action taken by a third-party platform against your account.

6. AI and News Data Limitations

6.1 AI Models

May produce inaccurate, biased, or outdated outputs
Have training data cutoff dates and no access to real-time events
Are not designed as prediction engines or probability calculators

6.2 News Data

May be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete
Subject to media bias and information lag
Not verified or fact-checked by Predicure

7. Your Responsibilities

Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
Do not use the Service for market manipulation or fraud
Do not reverse engineer or extract source code from the extension
Do not misrepresent our outputs as verified facts or financial advice
Do not redistribute or commercialize our outputs without written consent

8. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $9.99/month following a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you cancel before day 7, you will not be charged. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting billing@predicure.trade.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials in the Service are the exclusive property of Predicure or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREDICURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FINANCIAL OR TRADING LOSSES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR USD $100.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY OF CONTENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Predicure from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or any financial decisions made based on our content.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate by uninstalling the extension and cancelling your subscription.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Predicure is registered. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve informally by contacting legal@predicure.trade. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class action proceedings.
